Description:	This method will validate the Account and Password for either the built-in Member Portal or a External Member Portal. No Interaction is recorded.

Interface
Input Parameters:	SecurityToken (String) - Web Service Security Token generated via the Aimia Loyalty Solutions Platform Application
	AccountId (String) - Required Max Length(60)
	Password (String) - Required - If Blank, a error is returned
Returns:	Returns Return Code of Type Integer - possible values defined in 'Error Codes' section of this page
