Description:	Allows the changing of the Portal Password, the Current Password is required to perform this method.

Input Parameters:	SecurityToken (String) - Web Service Security Token generated via the Aimia Loyalty Solutions Platform Application
	AccountId (String) - Required Max Length(60)
	ExistingPassword (String) - Required - If Blank, a error is returned
	NewPassword (String) - Required - If Blank, a error is returned
Returns:	Returns Return Code of Type Integer - possible values defined in 'Error Codes' section of this page
